RETURN POLICY
You may return your new, unused merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund or online store credit less any shipping fees, discounts, or coupons used. Returns must be received in their new, unused condition, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. Washed and/or used products cannot be returned, no exceptions. Due to their hygienic nature, we cannot accept returns of, but not limited to diapering accessories, and nursing products showing any signs of use. Returns are fully inspected to verify our terms and conditions have been met. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our terms and conditions. Original and return shipping fees are non refundable unless a wrong item or defective product was received. If you received free shipping and your return causes your total to fall below the $50.00 minimum, we will deduct our actual shipping cost from your refund. All sales are final after 30 days. Gift items are eligible for store credit only. Please be advised that we require the original order number and/or name of purchaser for processing. We are unable to refund or issue a store credit for purchases not made at Jolly Jumper Canada Online. Sales inventory count is approximate.
